In the fulfillment category, we have managed intricate tasks such as product chain labeling and “Not for Sale” ticker labeling, ensuring compliance with regulations and brand consistency across the board. In the warehousing segment, we provided end-to-end solutions that included secure storage, efficient loading and unloading of lorries, and meticulous inventory management. Our well-structured processes ensured smooth operations, minimizing downtime and optimizing stock accessibility for timely distribution. Additionally, our courier and logistics expertise played a vital role in distributing Air Wick’s products throughout Malaysia. Leveraging a combination of courier services, land transport, and sea freight, we ensured that stocks reached their destinations on time, whether in urban centers or remote locations.

In early 2024, we successfully secured Gagatalk Sdn. Bhd., a company specializing in live-host sales on Facebook. With multiple live-host representatives selling daily, we provide comprehensive services that allow them to focus on procurement, sales, and marketing. Our support includes managing inbound/outbound logistics, warehousing, inventory, sales order fulfillment, and timely delivery services, ensuring smooth handling of their generated sales transactions.

Since mid-2024, we have successfully secured Life Space Malaysia, a renowned Australian supplement brand, as our new customer. We provide comprehensive warehousing and distribution services, including inbound and outbound logistics, storage, and inventory management. Our timely distribution ensures their products are delivered to the Watson Distribution Center, supporting on-time listings and stock replenishment.

We provided fulfillment and repackaging services to Harpic Malaysia, handling 15,000 units of their products. Our team opened each box, applied “not for sale” stickers to individual units, then repacked them into cartons. The products were delivered to designated locations on time, ensuring they were ready for distribution as GWP items.

In the first quarter of 2024, we successfully acquired Hira Asia, a brand promoting minimalist-style products through their e-commerce platforms on their website, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. We provide comprehensive services to streamline their operations, allowing them to focus on production, design, marketing, and sales. Our support includes handling inbound/outbound logistics, quality control, inventory management, storage, online order fulfillment, and delivery services to ensure timely and accurate delivery to their premium customers.
